We get it, small (micro) businesses need that support and it can be hard to find decent IT support at an affordable rate. You are often stuck between paying what feels like an arm and a leg for decent support or you end up with Harry the guy who knows something about IT and plays video games…
We want you to grow, so our costs with you will be light until you are ready to take the next steps in growing your business.
Hourly Rate: $120ph + GST
After Hours: $180ph +GST
No Monthly Fee
Minimum 1 hour charge, followed by half hour increments.
Payment Terms: 7 Days
All mileage is charged at 75 cents per KM + The time to Travel to and from your business to our office.
Just being straight up, while you are getting the lowest cost, you are also the lowest Priority for fixes (That doesn’t mean we won’t be as prompt as possible, it’s just that we have clients paying for priority on service).
Additionally your service does not include the remote monitoring and patching that our standard support tier provides. This is because there is a monthly cost associated with being able to provide that service that is not possible to give out to clients who are not paying a monthly fee.
Just to be ultra clear too, this service cost is not available for our development or SmartSheet services, those are delivered under Standard and Enterprise Tier’s.

An IT Partner for your Biz

The time has come where you need an IT Partner for your business, whether you know it or not, you’ve outgrown basic, you’ve got a serious business with priorities, not the least of which is keeping a functional IT system operational so you are not losing critical business operational time to issues that should never occur in the first place.
This is the critical juncture for your business, costs have to be contained, uncontrolled costs such as huge monthly IT fees are costing your business cashflow.
We will put excellent engineers to work on your business needs and ensure you are well looked after with all the standard service offerings.
Hourly Rate: $160ph + GST
After Hours: $180 + GST
Monthly Service Fee: $500pm +GST
Minimum one hour charge, followed by half hour increments.
Payment Terms: 20th of the month.
Any additional software licenses such as endpoint protection are charged on top of the monthly fee.
All services are charged on top of the monthly fee (only pay for what you use).

The monthly service fee means you get:
- Remote support on all laptops and PC’s
- Automated Operating System patching setup and monitored on all laptops and PC’s
- Priority over Basic fee customers
- Better payment terms (Basic is 7 days)
Enterprise

Your business has grown to a serious size. The time has come to customise your IT Support needs to your specific circumstances.
To be honest, everything in this tier is customisable, except one thing, our charge out rates have gone up and they are structured accordingly.
Below is our hourly rate for enterprise and includes loading for being priority 1 in service delivery.
Your monthly service fee will vary depending on what services you choose from us and what technology we use to deliver it (You may need non-standard software to service your business)
Hourly Rates:
Standard Engineer: $180ph + GST
Senior Engineer: $220ph + GST
Project Manager: $260ph + GST
Principal Consultant / CIO as a Service: $360ph + GST
After hours +20%
Of course you will be able to customise your service level agreement, being able to define your Time to Respond and Time to Fix objectives and anything else you require such as regular strategy workshops etc.
